Insurance and Payment Options

I am in network with the following commercial insurance companies:

• BlueCross BlueShield

• HealthChoice

• United Healthcare

Private Pay

• Initial Intake: $200

• 50-minute individual sessions: $150

Method of Payment

Payment is due at time of service. A card is required to be on file at the first session, and your card will be charged after each session. If you prefer to pay by cash or check, you may pay at the start of session. Checks can be made out to Kindling Therapy LLC. A $35 fee will be charged for returned checks.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a late cancel fee of 50% of the scheduled service. If a client no shows an appointment with no communication, the full rate for the service will be charged.
