Using a blend of play therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, and attachment-based therapy, sessions are tailored to each child’s developmental level. Through play and creative expression, children can process big feelings, improve emotional regulation, and develop practical coping skills.
This approach supports children experiencing anxiety, behavioral challenges, life transitions, social difficulties, and more while also providing parents with tools to support their child at home.

Using a blend of CBT, IFS, and Making Sense of Your Worth, sessions are tailored to each adolescent’s developmental needs. Through reflection, skill-building, and insight, teens can better understand themselves, manage overwhelming emotions, and strengthen their sense of self and worth. Play-based approaches are incorporated when appropriate to support expression and engagement.
This approach not only supports teens in navigating challenges with greater confidence, but also helps parents better understand their child and respond in ways that strengthen connection.
